For Public Live Online or In-Person Scheduled Training
No-Penalty Cancellations and Transfers:
You can make cancellations or transfers without incurring any penalties as long as it’s done at least sixteen (16) days prior to the course’s scheduled start date.

Rescheduling:
Rescheduling is permitted within fifteen (15) or less calendar days’ notice but will incur $500 rescheduling fee. Enrollments must be rescheduled within six months of the original cancel date or funds on account will be forfeited.

Transfers with Full Credit:
If you decide to transfer to another course before the sixteen (16) window leading up to the start date, you’ll receive full credit for any prepaid tuition fees towards the subsequent course’s fee.

Late Transfers or Cancellations:
If a transfer or cancellation occurs within fifteen days of the course’s start date, a fee equivalent to 100% of the course tuition fee for standard attendance will be due and payable.
If a student does not attend a scheduled course without the required prior notification, the funds will be forfeited, and rescheduling will not be allowed.
In the event of cancellation of your scheduled training class, you will also be responsible for fees pertaining to your pre-class provided textbooks or supplies accepted.

Course Postponements
Occasionally, it becomes necessary for us to modify a course’s location, date, or postpone it. Our aim is to provide our customers with ample advance notice regarding any such adjustments.
If the customer is unable to accommodate the revised location or date, we are committed to offering a resolution. Specifically, we will credit 100% of any prepaid course tuition fees paid towards a future course.
In the event of postponement of your scheduled training class, all provided textbooks or supplies are required to be returned.
Training Camp liability in such cases will be strictly limited to the fees paid for the affected course. We do not assume responsibility for any incidental or consequential losses incurred as a result of these changes.
Self-Paced Online/On-Demand Training
Customers must prepay for On-Demand Courses prior to access being granted by Training Camp. On-Demand Courses are not cancellable by the customer and are non-refundable.
Private Group Live Online or In-Person Scheduled Training
Any event cancelled or rescheduled that is non-standard in length, content, delivery method, etc., based on customer requirements and request, and the customer cancels the course, the customer will pay for all incurred customization fees, or performance costs associated with the event.
Canceling, Rescheduling Vendor Exams.
Course exams may be rescheduled, but may not be refundable, based on exam vendor rules and regulations.
Education/Certification Guarantee Policy
Our success is your success. Every aspect of our courses, from the included materials to our exam pass guarantee, has been carefully constructed with a focus on certification. If you don’t pass the exam the first time, access the same training again at no cost to you within one year from the end of the initial training.

Recording (video and audio) and reproduction of lectures, class presentations, and any instructional materials is not authorized without the express written consent of Training Camp and the instructor.
The customer can use any course materials provided or made available in connection to our courses or our partners/vendors courses solely during and for the purposes of the course and does not have any ownership interest or license to these materials for any other purpose, use, or time.
All copyrights, patents, designs, and other intellectual property rights in or relating to any course materials provided or made available in connection with our courses or our partners/vendors courses remain the sole property of the owner.
No part of any course materials may be used for any other purpose, reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, disseminated, or transmitted, or published in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, or translated into any language without the prior written permission from the owner.

The terms and conditions outlined above serve as the comprehensive agreement between both parties, and they override all previous discussions, correspondences, and representations. Please note that our brochures and advertisements are solely for informational purposes and do not intend to establish any agreement between Training Camp and the recipient.
Training Camp retains the prerogative to cancel a course without prior notice or liability, as well as modify pricing, registration terms and conditions, any products or programs featured on this website, or course locations.
Unless specifically agreed upon in written form, any terms or conditions mentioned within an ordering document will not hold any validity. Furthermore, it’s essential to understand that Training Camp’s provision of services or products does not signify acceptance of any such terms or conditions.
